Are you passionate about automotive with a track record of delivering results?Do you thrive on offering a consultative, thorough service and building strong relationships with your customers?Key Roles & Responsibilities:Managed the end-to-end customer buying experience, from initial enquiry through to booking vehicle handover.Building strong relationships with customers, advising on best options and delivering exceptional service from start to finish.Handled customer enquiries via online platforms and telephone, enthusiastic, swift responses to customers understanding their unique Greeted customers on the showroom floor, provided detailed information, and conducted vehicle test drives.Discussed and explained financing options, including Hire Purchase (HP) and Personal Contract Purchase (PCP), tailored to customer needs.Presented and sold value-added products such as extended warranties and paint protection packages through strong rapport building skills and recommendationsSkills & Requirements: An energetic, tenacious individual with a track record in automotive salesA passionate, ambitious candidate who thrives working in fast paced environments and within a tight knit teamKnowledge of the automotive industry and ability to deliver quality service and exceptional organisational skills
