The role is offered on aninitial 12-month fixed-term contract , with the potential to become permanent.The Opportunity Youll be joining a high-performing national team led by a Chambers-ranked partner with a strong pedigree in commercial real estate litigation. With a background at a top-tier international litigation firm and over a decade of experience acting on major High Court and Lands Tribunal matters, she brings a depth of expertise in both litigation and dispute resolution strategy.As part of the team, youll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of contentious property issues, including:Lease disputes and renewalsService charge claimsBreak notices and dilapidationsRestrictive covenantsRent reviews and development-related disputesCompulsory purchase compensation mattersGeneral commercial disputes involving real estate assetsThis is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone eager to develop practical litigation skills while being supported by approachable, highly experienced mentors.
