Youll act as the client lead, managing complex stakeholder interfaces, consultant teams, commercial structures, procurement processes and governance procedures. This is a UK-wide role with a base in either Harrogate or London.You will:Lead project governance, manage financial and design outputs, and ensure stakeholder reporting.Oversee consultant appointments and manage design to achieve key ESG and regulatory standards.Negotiate and procure contracts, including main contractors and key suppliers.Coordinate with internal teams (Development, ESG, Commercial, Operations) throughout the lifecycle.Maintain high-quality handovers and support transition into operational management.Skills neededWe are looking for candidates with:Working knowledge of the client-side delivery of complex residential developments, preferably BtR or PBSA.Experience managing JCT Design & Build contracts and negotiating procurement strategies.Strong communication, reporting, and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.Ability to manage risk, stakeholder expectations and internal approval processes.Interviews are taking place shortly apply now to secure your chance to work on landmark developments in a nationally significant role.Additional statementsDue to the volume of applications received, if you dont hear back from us, please assume your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.
