The HACS Group also offers design and build solutions, traditional contracting, refurbishment, demolition, plant hire and environmental services, executed to the highest standards.Role DescriptionDue to increased work load, The HACS Group are looking for an additional, experienced Site manager.Managing new build and refurbishment sites within a 30 mile radius of Harrogate, experience is essential for this permanent position working on construction projects in Commercial, Industrial, residential, Defence and Healthcare sectors with project values between 1m and 10m.Working alongside our extensive existing team, the successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of each project including managing our own staff and sub contractors, health and safety, works programming plus client and architect liaison. Also assisting with materials and sub contract procurement to ensure a top quality finished project is delivered to required deadlines.Quality is our priority. We have built our group of companies up over the last 40 years on repeat business.QualificationsProven track record of successfully managing construction sitesExperience in Planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projectsStrong IT & communication skills and ability to work collaborativelyRelevant certifications or degrees in construction management: Minimum requirement SMSTS qualificationExcellent working conditions and very competitive remuneration with car/allowance and benefits by negotiation, dependent upon experience and ability.
