You'll focus on both new business generation and the development of long-term customer relationships, ensuring the company's products and services remain front of mind for clients across the construction sector. Key Responsibilities Develop new and existing business relationships across your sales territory. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through effective prospecting. Introduce new products and services to both new and existing customers. Plan and manage appointments to maximise territory coverage. Follow up on leads and enquiries to convert opportunities into sales. Gain commitment from customers and increase market share. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Keep CRM records accurate and up to date with customer information and feedback. Maintain a strong presence within the market and represent the brand professionally. Skills & Attributes Previous sales experience within construction equipment or a dealership environment. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Organised, self-motivated, and confident managing your own time. Comfortable using CRM systems and general IT applications. Professional, flexible, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
