Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow all organic social channels, from planning to publishing and reportingCreate platform-specific content, including short-form video, Reels, and StoriesWork closely with creative, product, and e-commerce teams to align content with launches and campaignsTrack performance using native and third-party tools; optimise based on data insightsIdentify and engage with influencers and creators to amplify reach and drive authentic engagementKeep the brand ahead of trends, formats, and platform updates Ideal Candidate Profile:23+ years experience in a social media or digital content roleProven success managing multi-platform social strategies, ideally in a retail or e-commerce environmentStrong copywriting skills and a good visual eyeFamiliarity with tools like Later, Hootsuite, Canva, Meta Business SuiteA passion for content performance, community building, and staying culturally relevantConfident, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team
