Job DescriptionAre you a change management expert ready to make a lasting impact in manufacturing? We’re seekingone experienced Consultantto lead the transformation of our plant operations inHarlow, UK . You will be responsible for implementing a proven management system that has already delivered strong results in our U.S. pilot plant in Toano, Virginia. Your mission : to lead this transformation at the local level, ensuring the adoption and sustainability of new systems and behaviors. You’ll work closely with a dedicated team from the plant in Harlow and coordinate daily with a senior consultants from the U.S. What You’ll Do Lead the Change:Act as the primary driver of operational and cultural transformation within the Harlow plant. Coach & Mentor:Support plant leadership and teams through daily coaching, workshops, and problem-solving sessions. Ensure Results:Guide the implementation of management systems that improve performance, efficiency, and long-term results. QualificationsA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in change management or transformation within manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of production and operational frameworks (e.g., Lean Thinking, OEE, Theory of Constraints). Experience with Maintenance and Operations Management Operating Systems (MOS). Proven success leading change initiatives in complex industrial settings. Fluency inEnglishis required. Additional InformationThis is afreelance/contractor rolewith O-I UK. You will be assigned exclusively to theHarlow plantfor the full duration of the project. The project runs fromSeptember 8th, 2025 to January 23rd, 2026 -Monday to Friday, full-time. US-based trainingis scheduled fromSeptember 8th to September 12th. You will receiveongoing support and coordinationfrom U.S. based consultants throughout the project.
