The HR Advisor will support a busy People & Culture Team with a range of HR Generalist tasks. You'll be required to spend a couple of days a week at the Harlow site to support the team. Raytheon UK are a global leader in the Manufacturing, Space, Defence, Engineering and Technology industries. The Harlow office is the UK Head Office, A Technology Centre of Excellence. You'll collaborate across the whole business in addition to supporting the HR team. This is a HR generalist role which can include supporting a full range of activities from operations, metrics, training, data, recruitment, employee relations etc as required.
