This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the transformation of one of their key warehouses, helping drive efficiency and innovation in their supply chain operations.Key Requirements:Proven experience delivering automation/robotics projects within the supply chain/logistics sectorStrong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and integration with automation technologiesHands-on experience with AutoStore or similar robotics systems highly desirableAbility to work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Engineering)Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination experienceImmediate availability requiredKey Responsibilities:Lead the planning and execution of a warehouse automation project from end to endAct as the primary point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholdersEnsure seamless integration between WMS and AutoStore technologiesManage timelines, risks, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful deploymentSupport operational change and user adoption post-implementation
