Offering 43,00048,000 plus private medical and bonus, this is a chance to own your designs from sketch to shelf.Scope of the RoleAs Industrial Designer, youll lead concept-to-production development across a wide range of consumer products, combining creativity with technical rigour.Create and develop product concepts through sketching, modelling, and prototyping.Deliver production-ready designs for injection-moulded and electronics-integrated products.Collaborate closely with UK and China engineering teams on DFM and CMF decisions.Present ideas visually and verbally to stakeholders across the business.Support the build of a new in-house R&D and design capability.Key Skills and Experience RequiredDegree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or similar discipline.Proven experience as an Industrial Designer or Product Designer delivering mass-produced consumer goods.Proficiency in CAD (NX preferred; SolidWorks or Creo acceptable).Strong sketching, ideation, and visualisation skills using KeyShot and Adobe CC.In-depth knowledge of DFM, injection moulding, and assembly processes.Salary and Benefits43,00050,000 basic salaryPrivate medical insuranceAnnual company-wide bonus schemeDesign ownership across high-profile, globally distributed productsAccess to in-house prototyping and rapid iteration toolsYoull join a small, ambitious team of designers in Harlow with direct access to decision-makers, plenty of creative freedom, and the opportunity to shape how new products are conceived and built.
