The main purpose of this role is to improve client records ensuring they are complete and accurate in preparation for transitioning to a new client management system.LevelSenior AdministratorLocationGloucesterWork PatternThis role is fixed term for 3-6 months, full time (37.5 hours) Monday to Friday. There will bethe requirement to work in the Gloucester Office every day.QualificationsGood standard of education including GCSE in English and Maths at grade C or above, or equivalent.About the roleThe role requires someone with exceptional administration skills who is at ease talking to clients, third party suppliers and people at all levels within our organisation. They must be able to demonstrate an understanding of commercial property management. Knowledge of property management accounting is preferable. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgement is essential.We know that sometimes people can be put off applying for a job if they don't tick every box.
