Our client are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist with strong experience from RIBA Stages 3-7. Our client use a mixture of Revit and AutoCAD therefore an ability to use these software's is highly advantageous with examples shown in a portfolio to showcase your expertise.Senior Architectural Technologist Position Salary & BenefitsCompetitive Salary (42,000 - 48,000 DOE)Pension schemeHolidayPayment of professional feesDeath in service benefitParticipation in employee health benefit schemeRegular social eventsFree on-site parkingFunded support in training and developmentCompany expensed mobile phone.Flexible working hoursOther benefits to be discussed at interview stageSenior Architectural Technologist Position OverviewAssist in project planning, risk management, procurement advice, programme monitoring, and contract administration under guidance from senior Project Managers.Coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs and support the delivery of projects from inception to completion.Build commercial awareness and leadership skills to progress towards autonomous project delivery responsibility.Lead design development from briefing through detailed design and construction documentation in line with RIBA stages.Produce high-quality architectural drawings, 3D models, visualisations, and material boards.Undertake feasibility studies, planning submissions, design reviews, and technical coordination with engineering disciplines.Apply sustainable design principles that align with Castle Owen's commitment to environmental performance.Present design proposals and technical information to clients, local authorities, and external consultants.Maintain clear and proactive communication with project teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
