Adults, Learning Disabilities, Autism, some behaviours that challenge Salary: 13.10 per hour (27,248 per annum) Hours: 40 hours per week Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire, S12, S8 We are seeking a passionate and experienced Team Leader to join a Supported Living service in Sheffield, providing high-quality, person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities and associated needs.About the ServiceThe service delivers consistent, structured and proactive support within individuals' own homes. Support is tailored to each person, focusing on wellbeing, independence, confidence and choice. Individuals are actively encouraged to engage in meaningful activities, develop life skills and have a strong voice in decisions that affect their lives.Support is delivered holistically, with care plans built around the whole person, not just a diagnosis.
