This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping projects from concept through to completion, while working with a supportive and dedicated team.What were looking forRoleWe want someone who is not only technically skilled but also a natural leader and problem solver. To succeed in this role, youll need:A minimum of5 years contracts management experiencewithin the construction industry. Hands-onexperience in the glazing sector. Afull UK driving licence. Confidence in working onresidential glazing projects, liaising with subcontractors and customers alike. A solid understanding ofconstruction drawingsand the ability to carry out site surveys. Experience writing programmes, setting targets, and ensuring deadlines and budgets are consistently achieved. Proventeam managementskills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.What youll be doingAs a Key Member Of Our Team, Youll Be Trusted To Take Ownership Of Projects And Ensure They Run Smoothly From Start To Finish. Your Day-to-day Will IncludePlanning, managing and delivering projects to meet client expectations and business objectives. Developing project schedules and managing labour resources effectively. Monitoring site progress and coordinating with other trades and contracts managers. Recording and managing delays or variations. Continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and productivity. Building strong, lasting relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
