Were seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Learning and Talent Development to join our client andlead the design and execution of our talent strategyshaping the careers of our people and the future capability of our business.About the RoleAs Head of Learning and Talent Development, you will be responsible for driving a joined-up approach to talent strategy, skills development, and organisational capability.
