This marks an important reset for the service and provides a strong platform for its next chapter.Like many services, the home has experienced some management changes over recent years and is now looking for a confident, clinically strong leader to bring stability, consistency, and clear direction. This role is about embedding good practice, supporting the team, and rebuilding momentum, rather than firefighting or crisis management.This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for an experienced Clinical Home Manager who enjoys being visible on the floor, setting standards, and leading by example.The RoleAs Clinical Home Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the clinical standards, governance, and day-to-day leadership of the home, working closely with senior colleagues and regional support.Your responsibilities will include:Providing strong clinical leadership across nursing and residential careEmbedding robust clinical governance and best practiceSupporting, developing, and stabilising the nursing and care teamsEnsuring compliance with regulatory and quality standardsLeading by example and maintaining a visible presence within the homeWorking with the wider organisation to drive consistency and improvementThis role requires someone who is confident taking ownership and setting expectations, while also supporting teams through a period of positive change.About YouYou will be an experienced Clinical Home Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up, with a strong nursing background and a calm, authoritative leadership style.You will bring:Active NMC PIN (RGN/RMN)Experience in a nursing home environmentStrong knowledge of clinical governance and complianceA hands-on, supportive leadership approachThe confidence to lead a service through stabilisation and improvementGood operational awareness alongside clinical expertiseWhats On Offer70,000 75,000 basic salaryQuarterly Bonus structureRecently refurbished home with strong physical foundationsSupportive regional and central teamOpportunity to put your stamp on the service and lead it forwardLong-term career opportunity within a respected care groupInterview ProcessInitial informal conversation followed by two structured interview stages.LocationBased in Halstead, Essex.
