Description As the Finance Business Partner, your role responsibilities will include: Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making. Collaborate with department heads to prepare budgets and forecasts. Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement. Support strategic planning by delivering actionable financial recommendations. Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with relevant accounting standards. Present financial data to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Drive cost optimisation initiatives across the business. Act as a trusted advisor on financial matters within the organisation. Profile A successful Finance Business Partner should have: Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA). Experience in financial analysis, FP&A and business partnering within a similar industry. Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
