Powered Access Engineer

Are you an experienced engineer with a passion for powered access equipment? Ready to take the next step in your career with a dynamic, growing team? My client is looking for a skilled Powered Access Engineer to join its Hailsham-based depot to help support its expanding fleet across multiple depots. What youll do: Be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mobile elevated work platforms (MEWPs), including scissor lifts and cherry pickers. Carry out fault finding, diagnostics, and pre-delivery inspections (PDIs), ensuring the equipment is safe, reliable, and ready for action. Be available to carry out mobile repairs. What theyre looking for: Proven experience in electrical and hydraulic fault finding. Level 3 qualification in Land-Based Service Engineering, IMI, or C&G (or equivalent) CAPS accreditation (or 5 years relevant experience including mechanical background) Fork truck or access engineering qualifications highly desirable CAP & IPAF licenses (preferred) Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 points) Ability to work independently and use your own initiative.
