We’re a fast-paced, forward-thinking group that values action over politics, people over process, and passion in everything we do.What You’ll Be DoingConducting food safety and health 'safety inspections and records audits at client premises.Producing compliance reports and practical recommendations for clients following each visit.Delivering risk assessments: including occupational, manual handling and PPE - particularly in hospitality environments.Supporting new client onboarding, including the implementation of our digital compliance platform, ALERT65.Providing tailored advice, consultancy and training to clients across a wide range of environments.Acting as Account Manager for a number of clients - typically individual or small group hospitality operators.Conducting investigations into allegations such as food poisoning, allergen incidents or foreign body contamination.Participating in our Advice Line rota, offering reactive expert guidance and managing investigations.Offering constructive feedback to internal teams, including IT (for platform improvements) and Operations, to support continuous improvement.Engaging in internal training (CPD) and team development.Managing communications efficiently—responding to client and internal queries in a timely and professional manner.What We’re Looking ForA solid background in food safety and health 'safety auditing, ideally in hospitality.
