This includes managing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and learning how to drive profitability by analysing key financial metrics. You’ll also be trained to provide excellent service to customers and clients.We’ll equip you with skills in sales, conflict resolution, and effective communication, preparing you to engage with colleagues, customers, and external partners.
