POSITION: Order Processing Coordinator (Dior)DEPARTMENT: OperationsLOCATION: Hersham OfficePURPOSE OF THE ROLETo work closely with the Marketing and Supply teams to ensure all Launch and Sample orders are managed and processed on time within agreed SLAs. To Support Operations Specialist with internal orders and order processing.Job ResponsibilitiesMAIN RESPONSIBILITIESLaunch Management POSM/Free Goods OrdersTo be the main point of contact for UK and EIRE launch and order planning for POSM and free goodsAssist with the successful implementation of all launch activities so that all on counter dates are metWork closely with the Supply team to ensure orders and matrixes are downloaded from Aurora in the agreed time frameTo clearly communicate the status of, and manage solutions for, launch management, distribution management, shortage reports, and any logistical constraints for POSMAny ad-hoc duties as requiredKey Account ManagementPlace all POSM/Free Goods ordersManage POSM/Free Goods fulfilment within PCD and communicate to relevant stakeholdersDevelop internal relationships within brands to maintain the role of a trusted partner and ensure operational excellenceRespond to all queries and issues related to POSM/free goods post fulfilmentTo clearly communicate the status of and manage all POSM/free goods launch orders internally and externally to retailersAssist Operations Specialist with Daily and Weekly reports to Commercial teamLogistics ManagementCoordinate shipping requests with distribution Milton KeynesAct as a liaison between distribution centre in Milton Keynes, transport partners, the customer and Supply and marketing teamsPrepare all operational reports concerning demand activities for Launch ordersTo communicate the order flow status to the customer and subsequently onto all relevant business stakeholders as necessaryInternal CollaborationWork in tandem with the wider operational team to ensure information is captured and passed onto the relevant team member in a timely fashionActively participate in daily, weekly and monthly team meetings to maintain good communication within the departmentProfileKey Competencies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Eager to learn and adaptable Action orientated and proactive Results driven Ability to prioritise, and effective time management skills Adaptable, with great problem solving skills Quick thinking, supportive and calm under pressure 2-3 years of operational, logistics or customer service experience in a FMCGs environment Technical skills Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel) Proficient in SAP or comparable ERP system.
