This will include:Providing independent financial advice tailored to your clients’ needs, covering areas such as pensions, investments, protection, and estate planningBuilding and maintaining long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and quality serviceManaging your own schedule and client portfolio, with the flexibility to work the way that suits you bestKeeping up to date with regulatory requirements and maintaining high compliance standardsLeveraging our technology, compliance, and administrative support to help you focus on delivering adviceGrowing your business through referrals, marketing, and networkingWhat we’re looking forWe’re looking for someone who is confident, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent client outcomes. The ideal Adviser will:Hold the CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial PlanningA proven track record of building and maintaining client relationshipsA commitment to delivering high-quality, compliant financial adviceThe ability to work independently while maintaining professional standardsAn existing client bankExcellent communication and organisational skillsA strong desire to grow their business within a supportive, self-employed frameworkDemonstrate strong technical knowledge across a broad range of financial productsBe comfortable working with high-net-worth clients and professional connectionsHave excellent written and verbal communication skillsWhere you’ll be workingYou’ll have the flexibility to work from home on a setup that suits your lifestyle and business model.
