✨ HR Manager – Northern EuropeLocation: LondonSalary: £60,000 + 10% bonusStatus: Full time, permanentA rare opportunity to join a renowned global luxury fashion retailer in a pivotal HR role supporting a dynamic, multi-country region.Saisei Talent are partnering exclusively with a much-loved luxury brand to appoint an experienced HR Manager to support their Northern European operations from their London office. This is a broad generalist position, working across corporate and retail populations in the UK and wider Northern Europe of around 130 people in total.You’ll be part of a close-knit and collaborative international HR team, reporting into the HR Director, EMEI, and working alongside HR colleagues in London, Paris and Geneva. This role offers both breadth and visibility, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-led environment.What you’ll be doing:✅ Acting as a trusted HR partner to leaders and teams across Northern Europe, covering day-to-day generalist HR support across employee relations, performance, payroll and compliance.✅ Leading recruitment and onboarding efforts across a range of roles, from retail to corporate functions.✅ Driving people initiatives around attraction, retention and internal development.✅ Supporting the rollout of new people processes and helping to embed company values and culture.✅ Contributing to global and regional HR projects, from onboarding redesign to performance training and recognition programmes.What we’re looking for:
