Were a team that values collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction, and were always looking for passionate people to join us on our journey.What Youll Be DoingAs the Branch Manager of a standalone branch, youll lead a dynamic, sales-driven team, responsible for hitting targets, maximizing profits, and managing stock and cash to ensure smooth operations. Youll set an example by fostering a collaborative and customer-first culture, while ensuring safety standards and branch policies are always met.A key part of your role will be to drive team success by recruiting, training, and appraising performance, building a motivated and high-performing team.
