Mission: We are seeking an experiencedIn-House Counselto provide legal support onB2B commercial and regulatory matterswithin theICT or Banking industry . The successful candidate will focus on drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and mitigating legal risks related to business operations. ACTIVITIES Commercial Legal Advisory:Provide legal guidance onB2B transactions, IP licenses, service agreements, and partnerships (reseller/distributor) . Contract Management:Draft, review, and negotiate contracts includingSaaS agreements, outsourcing contracts, grant of licenses, payment services, and technology agreements . Regulatory Compliance:Ensure adherence to applicable laws and industry regulations and standards (e.g.,GDPR ). Risk Management:Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks associated with commercial transactions and regulatory requirements. External Coordination:Engage with external counsel, customers and occasionally, external administrations. Legal Administration:Support organizational and administrative tasks within the legal department. JOB EXPERIENCE 5-7 years of experiencein commercial and regulatory law. Experience inICT (SaaS, cloud services, telecom, cybersecurity) or payment services, digital banking . Strong expertise inB2B contract negotiation , particularly inICT. Experience working in sales/technical or other roles outside the legal department would be a plus; KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Lawyer or Paralegal with at least the equivalent of a Master’s degree in law Knowledge oftelecom, technology, international commercial law and international sanctions compliance . Ability tomanage complex transactionsand provide business-oriented legal solutions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Familiaritywith cybersecurity regulations . Fluency in English.
