You can rely on a team of site superintendents and project engineers. You report directly to the project manager. You focus on the bigger scheme of things whereas the superintendents deal with day to day issues. We are currently looking for an experienced Works Manager who can manage (large) offshore installation projects, having both a strong engineering but also installation background.Primary Tasks and responsibilities-Communicate clearly with project engineers, project management and Clients.-Take the responsibility towards organization of the works and ensure they are carried out in accordance to the method statement and in a safe way.-Accurately monitor the progress of projects.-Assist in the coordination of the work on site, optimize and correct if necessary.-Report about budget and cost control in close collaboration with the project manager.Technical profile requirements-7 Years of relevant (offshore) work experience.-Strong project management and planning skills.-Extensive experience working in Highsafety environments.Non-Technical profile requirementsGood communication skills and able to take a critical view towards the works to be carried out.Work well in teams, where you are able to support the other persons in your team and lead the workforce in the field.Methodology/Certification requirements-Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering.-Full GWOLanguage proficiencies-Fluent proficiency in English is required (written and spoken). xjdpvnf -Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
