As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our commercial team and help drive the next chapter of our success.This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the start of their sales career who wants to learn, grow and make a real impact in the seafood and food manufacturing sector.What You'll Be DoingIn this varied, hands-on commercial role, you will: Follow up inbound enquiries, warm leads and customer requests quickly and professionally Maintain regular contact with existing customers to support retention and spot opportunities Support the Senior Sales Executive with pipeline management and account development Assist with preparing proposals, presentations and meeting materials Attend selected customer visits alongside the Senior Sales Executive Play an active role in marketing activities and support new product development Represent JCS Fish at trade shows, building relationships and raising our brand profile Record and track all customer interactions in our CRM system Keep customer data up to date to ensure a high-quality database Work closely with the Director and Sales Manager to support your development and progressionAbout YouEssential Excellent customer service and communication skills Confident and professional via phone and email Highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable using digital tools and platformsDesirable Experience in sales support, customer service, or business development Familiarity with CRM systems Interest in marketing, branding or social media Exposure to seafood, FMCG, or food manufacturing environmentsThis is more than a junior role, it's a chance to build a long-term commercial career in a supportive environment where your ideas matter, your development is prioritised, and your progression is genuinely achievable.
