Then read on… Job Type:Full-time Location:Grimsby, Lincolnshire Experience:All invited to apply PPC / Paid Media Marketing Specialist RoleYou have direct experience working across PPC and display platforms such as Google Ads and Google Display Network (GDN). You have a strong understanding of Display & Video 360, as well as paid social media and e-commerce promotion. You’re confident working with Google Analytics and social media platform insights. You’re adept at managing client campaigns and optimizing spend. You understand the importance of data in shaping results. You will report to the Digital Marketing Manager. Your responsibilitiesHelping clients succeed through CMA’s digital advertising services across display, social, and search. Managing all aspects of paid campaigns, including planning, setup, creative development, ongoing management, competitor analysis, keyword research, and audience segmentation. Delivering engaging, relevant multi-channel campaigns driven by personalization and sequential messaging. Developing high-impact creative, writing engaging copy, creating landing pages, and maintaining brand consistency. Analyzing, evaluating, and optimizing campaigns. Staying proficient with advertising platforms like GDN, DV360, Adobe Audience Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads Manager. Ensuring timely delivery of contracted services. Recommending improvements such as geofencing and remarketing to enhance campaign performance. Providing accurate client reports, troubleshooting issues, and analyzing competitor activity. Researching latest trends and techniques to improve paid activity measurement. Supporting CMA Account Managers with strategy development, participating in meetings, and updating client documentation. Assisting the Digital Marketing Manager with research into new services. Performing other duties as assigned for CMA's successful operation.
