Position: Experienced Social Worker Childrens Location: Grimsby Salary: >44k Role: Permanent position, hybrid role Mayfield Recruitment are currently looking for a Social Worker in the Grimsby area on a permanent basis. The position the Social Worker will need a clear understanding of Children in Social Care and the candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience within a Fostering Service and hold their Diploma in Social Work/ Certificate in Social Work. Responsibilities and Qualifications needed for the Social Worker: To promote and safeguard childrens welfare within quality family placements. To undertake the recruitment, approval, training and support functions related to foster carers. To ensure that the carers provide a safe and nurturing environment for children/young people, by continually monitoring the carers suitability and competence. SWE Registration (required) Driving Licence (required) Diploma in Social Work/ Certificate in Social Work.
