No hiding behind a screen.If you want a role where your decisions actually end up on shelf, keep reading.The Job (The Good Stuff)Youll be the technical brains behind packaging across two production sites, getting stuck into:Translating briefs into practical, production-ready packaging solutionsPresenting packaging concepts with confidence (yes, people will listen)Leading packaging trials, transit testing, and launch activityManaging artwork and print across internal systems and retailer platformsOwning packaging specifications, BRC compliance, and waste reportingWorking closely with procurement to identify smart cost-saving opportunitiesActing as the go-to packaging expert for operations, NPD, and suppliersHands-on. Fast-moving.
