Job Description Site Manager Residential Groundworks | North LincolnshireWe are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established residential groundworks contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee two live residential developments in the North Lincolnshire area.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing contractor with a strong order book and long-term projects secured with leading housebuilders.Role Overview:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations across two residential groundworks sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.Location: North LincolnshireProjects: Two residential housing developmentsSector: Residential GroundworksPosition: Site Manager (Permanent)Key Responsibilities:Manage daily operations across two residential groundworks projectsCoordinate site teams including subcontractors, plant, and labourEnsure works are delivered in line with programme and site specificationsMaintain high health 'safety standards on siteLiaise with clients, engineers, and commercial teamsMonitor site progress and report updates to senior managementEnsure quality standards are maintained throughout project deliveryRequirements:Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential groundworksStrong knowledge of housing development infrastructure and foundationsSMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications preferredExcellent organisational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple site activities and meet programme deadlinesCompetitive salary and package available, depending on experience.
