Job Description I am currently partnered with a client in the Manchester area currently hiring for a Repairs Surveyor with a focus on delivering responsive day to day repairs.The most ideal candidates will have a history of working within local authorities and social housing to assess issues brought forward by tenants.Location: Greater ManchesterRate: DOEContact: 3-6 months Responsibilities Focus on inspecting domestic housing stock & building defects from customers reported concerns with a heavy focus on diagnosing cause and remedy.Job role is to carry out diagnostic inspections, surveys & technical reports to ensure accurate and thorough records are logged.To carry out inspections to determine quality and satisfaction with repair/maintenance works and take appropriate action to resolve issues raised in an environment of continuous improvement.RequirementsRICS member idealNot essential but relevant degree or HNC/HNDDamp and Mould Qualification (CSTDM or CSRT)
