This is a junior-level role (2+ years of experience) that sits at the intersection of logistics, website management, and customer service.Role OverviewIn this cross-functional position, you will support the daily operations of Tateossians ecommerce platform. You will play a key role in ensuring web orders are fulfilled efficiently, customer queries are resolved promptly, and the online store is kept up to date in collaboration with our external ecommerce agency and internal departments.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Ecommerce Operations: Coordinate order fulfilment, manage product updates, and ensure timely processing of customer orders.Order Fulfilment: Pick and pack web orders from HQ and retail locations as needed, ensuring all parcels are prepared for timely dispatch.Logistics & Fulfilment Coordination: Work with internal shipping teams and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to streamline multi-warehouse order routing.Customer Support: Assist the Customer Success team in handling web order inquiries, delivery issues, and product-related questions.Website Maintenance & Campaign Support: Act as the primary liaison with the external ecommerce agency, supporting new collection launches, promotions, and regular website updates in alignment with the marketing calendar.Trade & Marketing Collaboration: Work alongside the Marketing team to support promotional strategies and execution of trade initiatives.Product Accuracy: Collaborate with the Data and Design team to ensure product listings, descriptions, and visuals are consistently accurate and aligned with brand standards.Who You AreMinimum 2 years of experience in ecommerce operations, logistics, or digital retail support.Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.Strong communicator who is comfortable liaising with cross-functional teams and external partners.Proficient in ecommerce platforms (Shopify highly beneficial) and basic order management systems.Flexible and hands-on willing to support fulfilment tasks at HQ or retail locations.Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.Why Join Us?Work in a fast-paced, globally recognised luxury brand.Be part of a collaborative and supportive team culture.Gain valuable experience across multiple ecommerce functions.Opportunities for growth within a dynamic digital retail environment.To Apply: Please submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience and interest in the role.
