With stores across key global cities and a strong online presence, we offer a seamless retail experience that reflects our values of authenticity, attention to detail, and refined elegance.The roleWe are looking for a highly organised and proactive Retail Operations Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of our retail operations. You will play a key role in ensuring our stores are fully supported, stock and processes are efficiently managed, and the in-store experience consistently reflects our brand standards.Working closely with the Retail Operations Manager, you will assist in coordinating retail activities across all locations, helping to implement systems, processes and communications that enable stores to operate at their best.Key responsibilitiesSupport the Retail Team in the execution and coordination of operational procedures across all store locationsAssist with inventory management processes, including store replenishments, stock movements, and cycle countsLiaise with store teams to ensure timely communication of operational updates, product launches, and store needsHelp maintain store documentation, trackers, and internal tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date recordsCoordinate store supply orders and manage vendor communication for store-related needsAssist in the onboarding of new store staff, ensuring operational tools and training materials are providedSupport in the planning and execution of new store openings and retail projectsAct as a point of contact for store teams for day-to-day operational questions or issuesContribute to the continuous improvement of retail processes and store efficiencyAbout youPrevious experience in a retail or retail operations role is preferredStrong organisational skills and attention to detailProactive and able to manage multiple priorities with a solution-oriented mindsetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfident using Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and retail systemsA team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentPassion for retail, operations, and delivering an exceptional store experienceWhat we offerThe opportunity to be part of a growing luxury brand with a strong international presenceA collaborative and supportive work environmentExposure to multiple aspects of retail operations and brand strategyStaff discount and other employee benefitsIf you are passionate about retail and looking to grow your career within a premium brand, we would love to hear from you.We are an equal opportunities employer.
