Were hiring a Philanthropy Manager to help us take our major donor programme to the next level.Youll take ownership of our major donor pipeline prospecting, cultivating, and stewarding individuals who can give five-figure+ gifts. Youll have the full support of our Executive Leadership Team, Board of Trustees, and our growing Development Board. Essential role requirements include:Right to work in the UKPrevious major donor fundraising experienceExceptional communication skills particularly in understanding and translating complex information and turning it into compelling written proposalsHas a can-do attitudeDemonstrates a commercial mindsetGood interpersonal, influencing and relationship-management skills, at all levelsWillingness to attend networking events as required including some eveningsIn-person working at our Old Street office on Mondays and TuesdaysDesirable Skills:Experience of Blackbauds Raisers Edge/NXT is desirable but not essentialBackground or study in relevant fields of mental health sciences.
