Job DescriptionTOP 10 INTERNATIONAL LAW FIRM SEEKING CORPORATE PARALEGALCOMPETITIVE TEMP RATEASAP START6 MONTHS +A top 10 law firm with a strong international presence and a market leading Corporate team has an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join them in London.The firm offers excellent quality of work and the successful candidate will work on some of the biggest corporate deals in the UK/internationally.Duties will include:Assisting with due diligence research and analysis Creating, managing and supervising data roomsAssisting with drafting and distributing deal documents Assisting with completion and post completion mattersThe role will be based in London and the firm will require the paralegal to be onsite 5 days a week at the start.
