Job DescriptionA global multinational is looking for a Legal Director, M&A in London or the UK. Role requirements:5-10 PQEUK or US qualification. In the case of the former, candidates will require experience working in the US or alternatively in the UK with responsibility for US matters. Top-tier law firm experience is a must. In-house experience gained on secondment or at a multinational organization is also a requirement.
