Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant - Projects & ChangeMorgan McKinley is looking for a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant to join the Projects and Change team in London.The desk is to focus on the C&I space placing change specialists across a multitude of disciplines (i.e. PM, BA's etc). Ideally you will have knowledge and understanding of projects and placed contract candidates into the C&I space. We have a well established database and globally the Projects and Change team has been a core focus of our investment. In London, we work within Accounting & Finance, IT, Tax, Projects and Change , and many more. We want our consultants to be the go to people in the market.A recruiter's role is exciting, busy and rewarding. Placing candidates into various roles, you will be in charge of the whole recruitment process. You'll be meeting and sourcing new clients by various sales and business development techniques and discovering their needs.
