With a commitment to innovation and transformation, we are reshaping the future of education across borders.The OpportunityWe are seeking a Global Executive Recruiter with deep networks and connections in Higher Education to join our in-house Talent Acquisition team. This role will lead the delivery of executive and senior leadership recruitment across the GUS global network, working directly with the C-suite and senior stakeholders.Youll lead and manage a dedicated Talent Sourcer based in India, who will assist with market mapping, sourcing, longlisting, and coordination tasks allowing you to focus on the value-add strategic elements of the role including; understanding the businesses strategic direction & senior talent agenda, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and closing.Beyond recruitment delivery, youll take ownership of high-impact project work to elevate our executive hiring function, including:Building out our executive Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and talent attraction strategiesDeveloping marketing assets such as executive brochures, branded candidate packs, and hiring collateralPromoting the executive search offering across GUS globally, pitching internally to HR and C-suite leadership to increase adoption and awarenessEnhancing the executive hiring experience through improved internal processes, collateral, and market engagementResearch projects including market, product, regional intelligence to support our growth agendaKey ResponsibilitiesShare your insights and expertise in Higher Education to influence the senior talent agendaLead and deliver multiple executive searches across global markets and disciplinesPartner with leadership to scope roles, define hiring strategy, and select candidatesManage and mentor a Talent Sourcer (India-based) to ensure timely and targeted deliveryDirect source and engage passive executive talent through innovative headhunting strategiesBuild talent pipelines for senior leadership succession across key institutionsCreate and maintain candidate-facing materials and leadership profilesDevelop and roll out executive-level EVP and brand positioningPitch and promote executive hiring capabilities across the GUS group to key internal stakeholdersReduce third-party agency spend and improve executive hiring outcomesWhat Youll BringProven experience managing executive or senior leadership searches (in-house or search firm) in Higher Education/EdTech is ESSENTIALDeep networks and candidate connections across Higher Education is ESSENTIALHigher Education candidate networks internationally is advantageousTrack record of building trust with senior stakeholders and delivering high-level mandatesStrong project management and creative skills to lead EVP and talent marketing initiativesGlobal sourcing capability and ability to engage diverse, senior-level talentExperience coaching or managing sourcing support is advantageousWhy Join Us?Your Expertise: Let your expertise in Higher Education talent and networks be really valuedImmediate impact: Own and fill active executive roles with full stakeholder accessCreative ownership: Lead EVP, marketing and process innovation projectsStrategic visibility: Partner with the C-suite and promote your work globallyTalent support: Work with a dedicated sourcing specialist to maximise reach and efficiencyGrowth potential: Help shape the future structure and strategy of executive hiring at GUS
