Job DescriptionMulti-Skilled Mobile Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Covering London, Home Counties.Salary: 45,000 55,000 (Flexible, dependent on experience)Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am5pm (plus 1 hour each way for travel, and 1 hour for lunch)Benefits:Company van (not sign-written)Private Medical Healthcare25 days annual leave (restricted during summer peak period)4% matched pensionLife insurance (2.5 x salary)PPE provided.The OpportunityA Technical Facilities Maintenance company is seeking a reliable and adaptable Multi-Skilled Mobile Engineer to support a prestigious client portfolio, including several properties across London, the Home Counties, and extending to Bicester. These are private, well-maintained buildings associated with a VIP family and their staff.The role will involve carrying out a mixture of planned maintenance and compliance-based tasks throughout the year. During July and the first two weeks of August, when the family is in residence, the workload increases, and no leave can be taken. Outside of this period, the pace is more measured and planned.The Ideal CandidateThis role is best suited to someone with a stable employment history, a practical mindset, and a good level of professional maturity. It is not about ticking every technical box, what matters most is attitude and willingness to turn a hand to any task that arises.We are looking for someone who is:Technically qualified in either mechanical or electrical discipline (and comfortable across both)Willing to be flexible in approach and work as needed across various building systems.Able to work independently when required, while being a supportive team memberSmartly presented, respectful, and able to deal with clients and staff in a courteous, professional mannerComfortable working in a discreet environment and understands the value of trust and reliability.Willing to undergo Police background check.Open to some travel across the region (van provided)
