You'll work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless system integration and exceptional performance and you'll be tasked with.Developing complete BMS design solutions from concept to installationInterpreting mechanical, electrical, and HVAC specifications and drawingsDesigning in compliance with Heathrow's standards and protocolsGenerating and managing detailed documentation including points lists, equipment and valve schedules, and O&M manualsSpecifying and procuring BMS hardware, software, and field equipmentLiaising with panel manufacturers and review panel schematicsAttending factory acceptance tests and maintain design updates throughout the project lifecycleEnsuring designs are delivered on time and within budgetNot only is a competitive salary on offer, but my client actively invests in development and offers real opportunities to advance.
