Through our Launchpad programme, were spinning out 12 new companies in AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Microsoft Licensing, SaaS, and more. Each business will have its own brand, autonomy, and go-to-market strategybacked by Altiatechs infrastructure, marketing, systems, and senior leadership.As a Managing Partner, youll lead one of these ventures with a 49% ownership stake, responsible for:Key Responsibilities Leading your own business unit under the Altiatech umbrella Building and executing a customer-focused go-to-market plan Delivering profitable growth in line with your business stream (e.g. Altia-Cyber, Altia-365, Qwantro, etc.) Closing an initial deal of 100,000+ as part of your onboarding milestone Shaping strategy, partnerships, and operations Hiring and managing delivery or technical resources Creating IP, assets, and content that differentiate your unit Reporting into the Altiatech Board on KPIs, financials, and deliveryWho Were Looking For Someone with a proven record of closing six-figure technology deals Background in Cloud, Microsoft 365, Security, AI, SaaS, or Infrastructure 10+ years in tech, with experience in leadership, sales, or solution design Strategic and commercial thinker with hands-on execution capability Already has a network of clients, prospects, or pipeline they can activate Strong communication, planning, and team management skills Hungry to build, own, and scale something that matters UK-based or aligned with UK time zonesWhy Join?
