Our commercial leadership team has global enterprise experience.About the Role: Technical Product Manager Were looking for an experienced, hands-on Technical Product Manager to help shape, test and deliver innovative features across the Phiona product suite. Youll work closely with product, science and engineering functions to transform complex ideas into clear customer value. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is excited by the challenge of building something new from the ground up. This role reports to the CEO, CTO and works closely with the Science Lead and Commercial Director.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end product delivery from idea to prototype, to delivery and client activationConduct product research and gather feedback from customersLead demos, wireframes and rapid prototypingHelp prioritise features and track progress with the teamSupport project management and day-to-day coordination across the technical teamTranslate scientific research and data insights into real product decisionsEnsure fast feedback loops between customer needs and development effortsWhat Were Looking ForStrong background in science, engineering or a relevant technical field in our GTM spaceFamiliarity with APIs, data pipelines or signal processing workflows is a plusExperience working on complex digital products, ideally in health, AI, gaming or music-techSkilled in discovery interviews, insight synthesis and feature mapping.Successful experience working in a start up environment, taking a product from MVP to revenues.Comfortable working in a startup or fast-paced environment with ambiguity and ambitionConfident leading cross-functional, collaborative teams and pushing towards MVPs.
