This is more than a traditional FM role. Its hands-on, visible and proactive, managing spaces where people live, work and socialise under one roof.Youll keep operations running smoothly, from maintenance and compliance to supporting on-site teams and enhancing the resident experience. No two days will be the same, and youll play a key role in delivering an exceptional living experience for hundreds of members.Youll be joining an ambitious and fast-growing investor with big plans to expand, offering huge potential to grow your career in the rapidly evolving co-living and residential sector.Your Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across multiple co-living propertiesManage planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring safety, compliance, and minimal disruptionConduct regular site inspections and coordinate health and safety checksLead contractor management and ensure quality service deliveryWork closely with onsite teams to support a smooth and engaging resident experienceMonitor budgets and costs related to building operations and maintenanceYour Requirements:Proven FM experience within co-living, residential, BTR, PBSA or hospitality settingsStrong knowledge of building compliance, health and safety regulationsExcellent organisational and problem-solving skills across multiple sitesConfident managing contractors and external suppliersComfortable using CAFM or facilities management systems for compliance and reportingProactive, people-focused approach with strong communication skillsPlease call me on 074 7821 7743 or visit me on LinkedIn (Johan Keutcha) and send me a message there.
