You could be apart of the journey!About you: We are looking for a Merchandise Admin Assistant to join our growing merch function. The job role of the Merchandise Admin Assistant within Nobodys Child is to provide administrative support to the merchandising team whilst also working closely with the wider team and key external stakeholders.You will be confident, organised, and able to prioritise, be analytical and passionate about our product ranges, and be eager to learn and develop and grow within the role, and be fully comfortable in a growing, fast paced environment.Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Sales reporting on a daily and weekly basisUpdating WSSIs and line card data on a weekly basisIntake management, maintaining and updating the delivery schedule, and weekly intake forecastIssuing ASNs to suppliers and tracking shipments into the businessAssisting with critical path updates with the wider teamKey point of contact for our warehouse team, attending weekly meetings, and taking actions to ensure efficient processing of deliveries to get stock live on timeChecking and approving invoicesSupporting ecommerce team by updating our Go Live tracker and maintaining the ecom checklistRaising and maintaining products on systemSetting up sales orders for the NC buy quantityActioning markdownsOwnership of the weekly store allocations to potentialise store performance and ad hoc allocation for eventsSupport the core merchandising team in general day to day ad hoc tasks and queriesIdeally, you'll have:An understanding of product, retail environments and a passion for data and numbersStrong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressureAccuracy and attention to detail related to product, process, and systemsExcellent numerical, written & verbal communication skillsIf this sounds like your next opportunity, please apply and we will be in touch!At Nobodys Child, we are committed to creating an inclusive, diverse and equitable workplace.
