Job DescriptionWe are seeking motivated and experienced Direct Recruiters to join our recruitment team as part of a high-performing RPO solution for a leading client in the financial services sector. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with a strong track record in front office hiringsuch as sales, trading, or investment bankingand who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.As a Direct Recruiter, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, delivering high-quality hires across key front office business areas. Working in close partnership with hiring managers and other stakeholders, you will proactively source talent, manage candidate pipelines, and provide market insights to support strategic hiring decisions.This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a global recruitment leader while working directly with a prestigious client and shaping their front office talent strategy.What You'll DoTo work with the Recruitment Partner in providing an end-to-end recruitment service to identified business areas To join the recruitment partner on calls with line managers to understand their hiring needs and provide a more efficient searchRecruitment process management utilizing ATS such as Workday and Avature Proactively source candidates via multi-media advertising, referrals, internal and external networking, database, candidate portal to effectively contribute to the target for direct recruitment Build and maintain RW candidate database by building up talent pools using the CRM Continue to develop innovative methods to attract top talent Screen CVs in line with the line manager & business requirements and arrange interviews as appropriate Ensure thorough and complete tracking history of every applicant progress, contact and feedback Providing market data and reporting on market trends as and when requestedEnsuring compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) targetsEnsure compliance with all client policies (including approval systems, compensation policies, e-mail policies etc.) What are we looking for in the right candidate?Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionFull-cycle recruitment expertise (sourcing, screening, interviewing & offer negotiation)Proven success recruiting for corporate roles ideally within financial services Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter skillsExperience with ATS tools (e.g., Workday, Avature)Able to generate and present hiring reports and analytics to clients or senior managementStakeholder ManagementAbility to liaise effectively with hiring managers and business leadersSkilled in managing multiple stakeholders across business unitsStrong understanding of client requirements and translating them into actionable talent strategiesExperienced in delivering against SLAs and KPIs in an outsourced recruitment model (RPO/MSP)Market & Industry KnowledgeUnderstanding of industry trends, compensation benchmarking, and competitor mappingFamiliar with regulatory and compliance aspects in financial hiring (e.g., SMCR in the UK)Candidate EngagementStrong interpersonal and communication skills to engage passive and active candidatesSkilled in building and maintaining talent pipelinesAbility to pitch employer brand and value proposition effectivelyExperience in providing a first-class candidate experienceCommercial Acumen & DeliveryAbility to work in a target-driven environment with a strong focus on resultsCommercial mindset with the ability to align recruitment strategies to business goalsStrong prioritization and time management skills in high-volume or fast-paced settings As a Disability Confident Employer, Robert Walters is committed to offering a fully inclusive and accessible recruitment process to all candidates.
