Job DescriptionLegal Secretary Location: Richmond, Greater London - Office BasedSalary: Competitive + Excellent BenefitsContract: Permanent, Full-TimeA leading high street law firm is seeking an experienced and proactive Legal Secretary to join their high-performing Conveyancing team in Richmond, Greater London.This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled legal secretary or to provide full support to Partners and Legal Advisors, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.About the RoleIn this fast-paced and varied position, you'll deliver a full range of Legal Secretarial duties, including:Full diary and email managementDrafting correspondence and legal documentsDocument production and complex amendmentsClient file management, including opening/closing and compliance checksOrganising travel and meetings for legal professionalsLand RegistryFinancial admin support, such as expenses and cheque requisitionsSupporting the wider team with cover during absencesThis role requires a forward-thinking, highly organised individual with strong communication skills and a professional, team-focused attitude.What Were Looking ForPrior experience as a Legal Secretary - Essential 2 years minimum in ConveyancingExcellent document production skills, particularly in WordHigh levels of accuracy and attention to detailA proactive and professional approach with strong organisational skillsStrong IT skills Outlook, Word, digital dictation (PowerPoint/Excel a plus)Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing prioritiesThis is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Legal Secretary / PA who - please apply within or send your CV to [email protected]
