This individual will lead strategic initiatives aimed at modernising business processes, improving customer and employee experiences, and integrating advanced digital technologies across the organisation. Gibb Group Ltd is a forward-thinking organisation committed to driving operational excellence and innovation across our business lines. As we continue to expand and modernise our operations, we are seeking a dynamic Digital Transformation Manager to lead and execute our digital strategy and ensure we remain at the forefront of technological advancement.What youll be doing Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with business goals.Identify opportunities for process automation, digital tools, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, data analytics, cloud computing).Lead cross-functional digital projects, from concept through execution, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.Work closely with IT, Operations, Sales, and other departments to ensure technology solutions meet business needs.Oversee change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and practices.Track and measure the impact of digital initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs).Engage with stakeholders at all levels to promote digital literacy and innovation culture across the company.Stay up-to-date with digital trends and assess their relevance to the company.Additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.What were looking forWe invite applications from candidates who can demonstrate: Drive and self-motivation, with the desire and commitment to succeed, deliver excellence and make positive change; Relationship building, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport;Collaboration, able to work well with others across diverse backgrounds to share information, develop skills, and deliver results;Resilience with the ability to persist and adapt; Smart problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a curious and inquisitive mind, and an openness to new ideas;Professional integrity and a respect for company values.Other requirementsQualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (Masters preferred).5+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or project management.Proven experience leading enterprise-wide digital initiatives.Strong understanding of business processes, systems integration, and digital technologies.Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital project management tools.Desirable Skills:Experience in sectors relevant to Gibb Group Ltd (e.g., industrial services, supply chain, engineering, etc.).Certification in digital transformation, change management, or project management (e.g., PMP, Prosci, Agile/Scrum).Experience with ERP, CRM, and data analytics platforms.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageA collaborative, innovative working environmentOpportunities for professional development and growthThe chance to shape the digital future of a leading company
