About the roleBased at our premises in Great Yarmouth, the Well Integrity Project Engineer will act as the main interface between the company and the client. The Project Engineer has a defined client portfolio and will be responsible for managing Score Group services & products to the client.Primary Responsibilities Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructionsProvide immediate support to all disciplines and interface function for all aspects of Score and customer organisations for all related activitiesMaximisation of all opportunities and development of contractual work scope to continuously improve the working relationships with customer baseCoordination of the planning process and contract performance to ensure delivery against contractual and internal KPI’s and monthly/quarterly performance meetingsAttendance at client’s premises on a regular basis as required by the client including the promotion of Score Group of services and new technologiesManagement of all new supply activities including approval of purchase requisitions, documentation (Pro-Arc), maintenance of client specific requirements and resolution QA queriesManagement and reporting of all Well related campaign activitiesManagement of crew requirements and selection process including performance reviews and feedbackManagement, planning, preparation, and execution of all offshore work and compiling of CTR’s, initial work packs and approval / submittal of close out reportsApproval of all invoicing in accordance with the authorisation limits & financial review of job performanceApproval, accuracy, and submission of status reports as per client’s requirementsSubmission and attendance of monthly or quarterly performance reports/reviews as required within the applicable contractsManagement of work in progress (WIP) and ensuring the document is maintained and up to date all timesAny other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the businessQualificationsHNC/HND Qualification or equivalent (desirable) in an Engineering Discipline or experience in a relevant industry of hands-on learning and able to show a level of skills proficiency in areas covered within this job descriptionSkills and ExperienceSound working knowledge of MS Office package – Word, Excel & PowerPoint.Sound working knowledge of ERP systemsExperience in a technical or engineering environment (ideally within the Well Integrity sector).Understanding of Wellhead Systems, and Well Integrity requirements/legislationExperience in a previous Operations Supervisor or Customer support role.Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well both internally and with external parties.Possess good planning, organisational and problem-solving skillsExperience in a fast-paced work environmentSelf–motivated and able to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentAbout usWith facilities in over thirty locations spanning five continents, Score employs more than 2000 people, including 250 apprentices.
