Salaried GP (4–6 sessions per week)Cradley Surgery, Herefordshire Cradley Surgery is seeking a compassionate and motivated Salaried GP to join our friendly, high-performing rural dispensing practice for 4–6 sessions per week. This role is ideal for a GP with at least one year’s experience working independently in UK general practice who values continuity of care, teamwork and community-focused medicine. Located in the village of Cradley (not Cradley Heath), we serve a patient population of approximately 4,000 and dispense to 96% of our patients. Voted by our patients as one of the best surgeries in the area, we are proud of our personalised, high-quality care and strong community ethos. You will provide a full range of GP services including face-to-face, telephone and online consultations, home visits, clinical administration and long-term condition management. You’ll work closely with a supportive team, including another salaried GP, offering mutual holiday cover and flexibility when required. We’re looking for someone adaptable, enthusiastic and aligned with our patient-first values, with a great sense of humour and strong team ethic.
